扩展机会计划的使命 & 服务(bgi), Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) and NextUp/CAFYES (Foster Youth) Offices are to increase access, retention and completion of those students who are economically and educationally disadvantaged in both in-person and online modalities.

bgi的, CARE and NextUp/CAFYES Programs offer services designed to meet the educational needs of students whose opportunities are handicapped by �language, social and economic disadvantages by providing services that focus on access, 保留和过渡支持计划”.

学生学习/行政单位成果

bgi /护理 has the following SLO:  Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and services provided by the program.  This is evaluated at the end of each term with an EOPS 期末调查.  The results of the EOPS 期末调查 are evaluated at the beginning of each term.  Our program staff makes changes for improvement with its program and services. SLO将通过以下方式进行评估:
- Increase student's understanding of the processes and procedures of the College.
- Increase student's understanding of academic programs and 转移 requirements.

项目评审

上一次EOPS项目审查是在2014-2015年.  In response to student demand and the recommendation on behalf of the 项目评审 team to increase hours at the Chico Center (CHC), 2014-15学年增设EOPS学生数学辅导.  In 2015-16, hours were increased and the instructional aide was assigned to the EOPS POWER Center is providing math tutoring at the CHC.  EOPS has increased access through online modality due to COVID-19.

Hire a full-time EOPS Supervisor or Director left vacant by retirements;

Implement additional marketing of program to increase students and
Development of a Peer Advising/Student Ambassador program (ON HOLD).
